Our Guest House is a Clothing Optional Lifestyle Friendly Retreat in Naples Florida. It is NOT a Night Club or Resort.  It is a Private Retreat/Guest House. Please be aware that there is a dog that lives on premises, if you are allergic to dogs please let us know in advance. Maggie Mae is a 22 pound Miniature Golden Doodle, Very Friendly and loves to swim.

This page will list offers and special events to Members of our Southwest Florida Couples Social Club within the SDC Website.   Join the group to be able to participate in all that the retreat has to offer..... Specials Will be posted as a BLOG or Parties & Event listing.

We offer our 2 Bedroom Guest House for overnight stays. There is a maximum of 4 adult persons. Your reservation will give you PRIVATE use of the Guest House and Shared** use of the Cocktail Pool and Beach. Each bedroom is lockable to secure your personal items. In most cases when you rent the Guest House you will be the only ones on the property besides the owners. You will be made aware at the time of your reservation if your stay will have pool day/night party guests.

Play- You may play anywhere you choose, we do ask for discretion when playing outside.  Playing inside the guest house we only ask that you use Play Pads to keep fluids off the beds and furniture. Condoms are NOT to be flushed but placed in the trash receptacles provided. We are on a septic system and they WILL back up the system and could create a very BIG Mess.

Private Parties ( Birthday / Anniversary etc.)  are available. The cost is determined by the number of nights and number of of your guests.  We ask for a 30 day advanced reservation and payment so our regular events can be rescheduled.  You will control who is invited and will be responsible for any damage to the property, guesthouse and pool.

     Friday + Saturday or Sat + Sun, 2 Nights   $300.00 King Bedroom only + Kitchen/Livingroom

     Monday - Thursday, 2 nights  $320.00 Full Guest house, sleeps 4

     Monday - Thursday, 3 nights  $480.00 Full Guest house, sleeps 4

     Friday + Saturday, 2 nights   $400.00 Full Guest house, sleeps 4

     Full Week, 7 nights   $1,000.00 Full Guest house, sleeps 4 

1 Month - Summer - May 1 to Oct 31,  $2,925.00 (4 week minimum)

1 Month - 'In Season' - November 1 to March 31,  $4,000.00 ( 4 week minimum)

No Cleaning Fees, No Brokerage Fees

All Rates are subject to State and Local Taxes

Reservations must be made Via Airbnb .... To receive the SDC discount 1/ submit a request for specific dates and make sure you send a message with it saying you are a SDC member, include your profile name. We will respond with the discounted rate. You will have 24 hrs to complete the reservation.

For the security of you and your property  and the Retreat there are ADT Security video cameras in use, The pool/beach camera is clearly visible and on the exterior.  At no time do we record your indoor activities.   All vehicles and persons entering the property/ retreat are also captured 24/7 by a security camera. These cameras are not inside the 'Retreat' area.

The Pool and 'Beach" area is shared with Owners.

There is weekly pool service on Tuesday afternoons and the pool could be temporarily closed for cleaning and adding chemicals.

There is a propane gas grill available for day and Retreat users. In most cases Pool Area is left for the sole use of our guests, we rarely interrupt your stay. There are weekends when we have scheduled a Night/Pool Party or a Sunday pool arty and that information will be made available to you BEFORE your reservation is made. In those cases you are invited to participate at no additional expense.
