Maximum number of overnight guests is limited to 4. Additional Day Use Guests will pay $40 per couple - they may not stay overnight
Smoking: There is no cigarette, cigar, pipes, (Marijuana smoking is NOT allowed unless you have a Florida State Medical Marijuana card) to be used inside the guest house This includes Flavored Vaping. We ask that you use that outdoors. There is a special smoking area.. Any use of a Smoking product inside or at the pool area will require that you leave immediately without any refund. PLUS if there is a smoke odor inside the Guest House after your departure, your Damage Deposit will be forfeited.
Sand: Outside of the guest house is a sand beach area. We ask everyone to rinse off your feet before entering especially when you have walked from the pool to the guest house across the sand. An outdoor shower is provided.
Waste: Our retreat is on a septic system and they are fragile systems that cannot handle certain items. Details are listed inside each bathroom and kitchen sink.
Recycle: We have provided a recycle containers near the guest parking area (Yellow Lid).
We Reserve the Right to Restrict the rental and use of our Private Guest House. This is our home and we will be onsite during your stay.
Photo ID will be required for all Guests.

Waiver of Liability MUST be signed prior to rental acceptance.
Use of the pool is optional and it maybe close for any reason when we deem it unsafe. Tuesday's afternoon the pool is serviced and cleaned, it maybe closed for several hours afterwards.
There is NO Lifeguard, use the pool at your own risk
NO Glass allowed outside of the Guest House, Especially in the pool area.
No Guest sponsored Parties unless Approved and they could be an additional charge.
Pets, 1 dog, 30 pound max.
Children MUST be supervised by a parent or adult at all times. The pool does not have a child fence.
This is an ADULT Style Retreat.
Reservations can be completed via AirBnB, VRBO or Direct.
NOTE: If you use a commercial booking service the rates will be higher.
WE DO HAVE SECURITY CAMERAS ON PROPERTY.
The video cameras are used strictly for security of the Retreat and our personal home. They are apart of the ADT Security System. There are no cameras inside the guest house. All vehicles are recorded as they enter and leave the property.
